Haulotte US recently participated in the annual ARA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. The tradeshow, which was postponed to October this year due to the pandemic, has been well-attended. Visitors were happy to once again have the opportunity to meet in-person and discover the features and benefits of the recently launched SIGMA16 PRO.

Flashback to ARA Show 2021

Exhibiting on a 30’ x 50’ booth this year, Haulotte North America displayed a number of machines including the articulating boom SIGMA16 PRO. Other machines displayed included the HT16 RTJ O, which is both designed and manufactured in the Archbold, OH factory, the HTA16 P towable boom lift, HA20 LE PRO boom lift (PULSEO Generation), Star 8S vertical mast, and Compact 14 scissor lift.

Haulotte North America was pleasantly surprised with the number of orders taken during the show. Many customers stopped by the booth to discuss their buying needs for both 2022 and 2023.

Six machines were displayed on Haulotte’s booth.

«It was nice to see many of our long-standing customers in person after such a long time. The ARA show has always been an important show for Haulotte. It was a great opportunity to not only display our newest equipment, but also our new digital support solutions including MyHaulotte and Sherpal. Overall, we were very pleased with the outcome of the tradeshow», said Carlos Hernandez, Managing Director for the Americas.

Haulotte US took advantage of the occasion to host an exclusive meeting with the manufacturer’s representative groups to review and discuss recent product updates.

These groups, who are responsible for selling specific product lines including the towable boom lifts and self-driving booms lifts, in addition to several scissor lifts, vertical mast lifts, and other electric models, appreciated the in-person training.

The American subsidiary also announced the recent restructuring of its call center. Haulotte has added several new call center technicians to its Archbold, Ohio facility and will maintain the existing call center out of Virginia Beach, VA. Shawn Boone, General Manager of Haulotte North America said,

«This was a strategic move to continue to better our customers’ experience. By restructuring our call center with additional technicians in the Archbold plant, close to the manufacturing facility and engineering group, we will offer a better and faster technical support to our customers need, particularly related to our towable boom and X-boom products. We are excited to appoint Keith Bruner as the new Light Aerial Services Supervisor; he will oversee the new call center technicians in Archbold. Keith has a wealth of knowledge as it relates to these specific products as he has been with the company for over 30 years in the engineering department».
